In the week leading up to Christmas Day, St. Mary’s Home was filled with festive cheer as Residents enjoyed a variety of holiday activities. From Christmas‑themed Bingo to joyful carolers and a decadent hot‑chocolate bar, the celebrations brought smiles to every corner of our Home. Yet one tradition continues to shine as a favorite year after year: Santa’s special Christmas breakfast.
The main dining room buzzed with excitement as Residents gathered for the much-anticipated event. The aroma of freshly cooked eggs and sizzling bacon drifted through the room, setting the stage for a cozy holiday morning. Jugan Terrace Resident Rosario Villa added to the magic by playing classic Christmas melodies on the piano. Sisters and Residents alike couldn’t help but sing and clap along to the familiar tunes!
As breakfast wrapped up, anticipation turned to delight when Santa and Mrs. Claus made their grand entrance, arriving with a sleigh brimming with beautifully wrapped gifts. One by one, they presented each Resident with a personalized present. Some Residents couldn’t resist opening their packages right away, proudly sharing their new treasures with friends and neighbors.
The joy on each face made the morning truly unforgettable.
