In preparation for the “Run for the Roses,” Residents wore their best Gainsborough hats and gathered in the auditorium for the ever-anticipated Kentucky Derby! While snacking on hot hor d’oeuvres, friends sipped over ice cold mint juleps as they cheered for their favorite horse of the pack! Residents and Sisters were thrilled to watch the exciting photo finish, as the winning horse Mystik Dan won by a nose! No wonder some people call it “the most exciting two minutes in sports!”
