We were blessed this year at our annual Chez Ste. Marie wine tasting, with a completely sold-out event to raise funds to support our beloved Residents and the mission of the Little Sisters. This charming evening under enchanting garden lights provided the perfect atmosphere for conversation and fun as guests circulated throughout our St. Mary’s Home jardin and sipped wines from all over the globe. That so many familiar—but also so many new—friends enjoyed the occasion was immensely gratifying and exciting. A classical string quartet, provided by DePaul University, set the mood for the evening. With great weather, excellent atmosphere, scrumptious food, and delicious wine, we can safely say that this year’s wine tasting was one for the books. What a magical evening!
